- A $ 100 non-refundable reservation fee is required at time of booking to secure the week, which includes your Damage Waiver Deposit. This covers you for up to $ 3,000.00 worth of ACCIDENTIAL damages. We do however still take credit card information on check-in day for any added expenses like cleaning fees and other expenses not covered by insurance. Fee is NOT deducted from rental cost.
- A 50% deposit is required 10 days after receiving your lease.

__We Accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards made out to Century 21 Sam Ingram Real Estate.
- The balance is due May 1. For all rentals booked after April 1, payment in FULL is required.
- The Cleaning deposit is due at check in. Credit Card or Money Order Only - NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

- Check in time is from 2 to 4 PM on Saturday - No early checks in are allowed.
- Check out time is 10 am on Saturday.

RENTAL POLICIES TERM AND CONDITIONS

— Check in time and key pick up is from 2 to 4 PM on Saturday - No early check ins are allowed. If arriving after 4:00 please call our office to make arrangements to get your key
 

— Check out time is no later than 10 am on Saturday at our office. There is a key drop off if you leave before the office is open. You must leave the rental in the same condition as when you checked in. All personal belongings, food and rubbish must be removed; all dishes cleaned and put away; all furnishings placed in their original position. This is a must as we will deduct for added cleaning from your cleaning deposit.
 

__ All houses are non-smoking and no Pets unless other wise indicated.

__ You can not exceed the total number of guest at any property, the occupancy limits are set by the town and are duly inforced.
 

__ The number of cars allowed on the property are indicated on your rental contract and must be respected.
